Kristina Perrone from Kave Babe Guest Post: Kale Colada Smoothie 

Hi everyone, my name is Kristina and I run the blog kavebabe.com. and @kavebabe on Instagram. I have just started in this blogging world about a year ago and I am so excited to partake in this huge giveaway with all these amazing bloggers. I started eating Paleo on and off a few years ago and became hooked when I realized every time I stuck with it, all my digestive issues went away. This led to an obsession with nutrition and health and trying to be the healthiest I can be. I started getting asked by friends and family for diet advice so I decided to make my passion into a profession. I am currently studying nutrition, hoping to get my degree in the next couple of years. I also love blogging about the latest beauty products, Paleo recipes, lifestyle tips, and of course my adorable puppy! I hope to continue blogging about my lifestyle and making it into my career. 

I’m so excited to be participating in this swap with Jamie! I’m ready to kick off summer and that means making lots of cool smoothies! This smoothie recipe is like a healthy PiƱa Colada and will be perfect for breakfast or a snack on a hot summer day. Hope you all enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 handful/bunch of kale

Method:
Blend it all together and you’re done!
